Omnivex contracted me to professionalize the company’s end-user and internal documentation. Core elements of the multi-year effort:
- Develop repeatable task-based structures for each of the two-dozen products in the company’s software portfolio
- Migrate from Word-based documentation to a topic-based, single-source authoring platform
- Train, mentor and establish a technical writing team to develop superior user-centred documentation
